Quality Management System Certified to ISO 9001
Mgalv is governed by the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The scope of the Mgalv quality management system covers the galvanising of steel from steel fabricators and manufacturers including large structural members to boat trailers and many other diverse products.

Transport
Mgalv has a dedicated transport fleet of trucks and semi-trailers that have daily and weekly runs across Perth and the South West. We transport from Two Rocks, Midland, Armadale and Margaret River.
Premises
Mgalv operates from Landsdale in a 1,450m2 factory with an additional 12,000m2 in storage space. The entire galvanizing process is performed by experienced professionals with state-of-the-art equipment.
Our premises are kept to the highest possible level of safety. Fume extraction, effluent treatment, neutralisation and disposal of corrosive liquid are carried out to standards higher than currently legislated.
The production line, which is set up to operate 24 hours a day, consists of a 41,000 litre hot (60 degrees) caustic cleaning tank, four 45,000 litre hydrochloric acid tanks, one 45,000 litre rinse tank, a 40,000 litre hot (60 degrees) pre-flux tank and the main galvanising kettle containing 258 tonnes of molten zinc at 450 degrees celsius.
